The Woodlands is located about 40 minutes north of Houston. It offers various cuisines, from seafood and steaks to everything in between. Unfortunately, it can not be easy to decide which restaurant to dine in because they are so many with thousands of reviews. So, here are the top ten restaurants in The Woodlands.
1. Schilleci’s New Orleans Kitchen
Schilleci’s has been voted ‘Best of The Woodlands’ every year since it opened in 2010. It is owned and operated by the Schilleci family.
Schilleci’s is proud to serve Louisiana classics like seafood gumbo and bread pudding, as well as fresh fish from around the world, steaks, and lamb chops.
However, because it is a small restaurant, it is best to make reservations on weekends. Schilleci’s is way more expensive but ideal for special occasions.

7. Via Emilia Italian Restaurant
Tucked away in a strip center on Kuykendahl and Woodlands Parkway, Via Emilia is named after an ancient Roman road that runs from Rimini to Piacenza and is well-known for its house-made pasta, braised meats, seafood specialties, and delectable desserts. The ambiance feels really expensive, with live piano and a well-spaced floor, but the prices are entirely reasonable.
There are numerous imported Italian wines, limoncello, cocktails, beers, and other beverages on the wine list. The limoncello martini, shaken rather than stirred, is also excellent. So even if you are a picky eater, there is something for you.
