Is there a better way to go than death by Mostly Chocolate? We don’t think there is, and you won’t think there is either after you try one of the fabulous and decadent desserts made by Rina Kamkhagi, the owner and chef of Mostly Chocolate, a catering and dessert company that specializes in all kinds of chocolate yummy treats and also offers some pretty yummy pre-chocolate meals as well. Although if you are anything like us, we prefer to skip the main course and go straight to dessert!
Rina Kamkhagi, grew up in a Jewish Lebanese household cooking daily with her mother in the kitchen. But, she turned her passion and her hobby into a full blown chocolate business that set her apart from the rest, because of her roots and the ingredients that she uses. What makes her chocolates so unique is that they can’t be found anywhere else in Houston. Rina puts not only her heart into every recipe that she makes, but also the soul of what she learned from her mother in that kitchen in Lebanon as a child.
