The Dylan Duncan Skatepark, formerly known as the Kingwood Skatepark, opened in 2004 as the first skate park open to the general public in Houston. The park was renamed in December 2006 to Dylan Duncan, a local skater who passed away in 2005.

This area was designed by the Houston Parks and Recreation Department for skateboarders, inline skaters, and four-wheelers. The park features skate ramps, benches, and special paving.
