1. Exploration Park
Exploration Park is located off Cinco Park Lane, behind Creech Elementary, and is 21.1 miles (33.9 km) from Missouri City. The playground is suitable for children of all ages, and everyone from toddlers to pre-teens would find something to enjoy at this park. A large pavilion with plenty of covered seating is available.
Overall, it’s a lovely park with a nice mix of natural and plastic playscapes. There are also informative signs throughout the park that teach children about different types of rivers, birds, etc.
Note: the restrooms are across the street, which means that if you have young children, you can’t send them to the bathroom alone, which can be exhausting.

2. Sienna Stables
Sienna Stables is a top-ranked horse riding stables that offer horseback riding and is well-known for Western Horse Shows. They have friendly staff who will show you around. This place is excellent for beginners. They provide various services, including western, English, and dressage. They have many horses to choose from that will be the perfect fit for you or your child! Private or group lessons are available.
The facility can also be rented for private parties and is a great place to go on a date.

3. Houston Museum of Natural Science
The Houston Museum of Natural Science is a four-story museum, not to mention the additional exhibits such as Human Bodyworks and some gemstones carved into an animal exhibit. Very kid-friendly museum.
Each floor has a variety of exhibits, such as dinosaurs, energy and science exhibits, and so on. In addition, there are signs everywhere to help you navigate the building.
Pro tip: Get your tickets online before you go.
The permanent exhibits are free on free Thursday (2 pm-5 pm), and the butterfly center costs $12 for adults and $10 for children (3-11) *Children aged 2 and under are granted free access anywhere in the museum.

4. Fort Bend County Library – Sienna Branch
Sienna Branch Library, the second-largest branch in the Fort Bend County Library system, opened in Missouri City around April 2010. This is a decent library with helpful staff, located on a 4.5 acre (1.82 hectares) site adjacent to Houston Community College.
Because the structure is relatively new, everything is in good condition, and it’s a pleasant place to browse books, read, study, or visit with the kids.
There is plenty of free parking.
Their check-out is self-service so that you can get in and out quickly.
Plenty of computers are available for use, as well as free wifi.

5. Cosmic Air Trampoline Park
Indoor Trampoline and Adventure Park located in Houston Katy area. Their main aim is to provide their guests with the best family entertainment experience possible!
There’s food, beer, wine, wipe-out-style spinning arms, an American ninja warrior course, basketball, a zip line, and a plethora of trampolines. On weekends, the place is a lot of fun for nightlife.

6. Quail Valley Golf Course
The Quail Valley Golf Club began as a private facility in 1970, but both golf courses, City Centre (for group events) and Bluebonnet Grille, are now open to the public.
Quail Valley is a First Tee of Houston programming site with excellent driving and practice facilities for golfers.
It is an excellent event location with five options for group events such as tournaments, weddings, banquets, holiday parties, meetings, conferences, and special events.

7. Buffalo Run Park
Buffalo Run Park is a family-friendly park in Missouri City (SW Houston).
The park is lovely, with walking/running paths and fishing ponds. There are also some decks on the water with great views.
There are 1.9 miles of trails to enjoy and four small lakes connected and navigable by boat.
There are picnic tables and benches for that authentic park experience.

8. Speedy’s Fast Track
Speedy’s Fast Track, which opened in 1994 near Houston’s Heights/Spring Branch neighborhoods, is a family entertainment center with four types of go-karts, over 150 arcade/video games, laser tag, and an 18-hole mini golf course.
They have a food truck to eat from.
This establishment has a policy that requires you to pull your hair back and secure it if it is longer than shoulder length.
